At STS Denver Highlands, we’re a small, professionally trained, Colorado native-owned team that approaches every project — from a pre-listing walkthrough to a fully furnished vacation home — with the same detail-obsessed energy. We notice things. We sweat the small stuff. We think about the sightline from the front door and the way light hits a room at noon and whether the throw pillow is the right weight for the sofa. We do this because we genuinely believe it matters.

The people you’ll work with
Roku founded STS Denver Highlands with a vision that was always bigger than staging. Equal parts operational excellence and design passion, she leads our team with the kind of clarity and warmth that makes a complicated project feel manageable from day one. Sellers, realtors, builders, and investors come back to Roku because she delivers — every time, without drama.
Aurora is our Creative Director and the eye behind many of the spaces you’ll find in our portfolio. She has an extraordinary ability to walk into a room and immediately see what it could be — and then execute that vision with the project management skills to bring it in on time and on point. When clients say they were blown away by the finished result, Aurora is usually the reason.
Noah is our bridge to the community — a natural connector who makes sure every client interaction feels personal, not transactional. He’s the reason working with STS feels less like hiring a vendor and more like calling a friend who happens to be great at this.
Our staging designers — Anya, Jen, and Imani — each bring their own signature strengths to the final touches. Anya specializes in the “wow” moment, that first impression that stops a buyer in their tracks. Jen is a collaborative powerhouse who believes the best results come from a team that communicates. Imani has an extraordinary sense of flow and finesse — she understands instinctively how a layout guides a person through a space and makes it feel effortless.
Together, they’re the reason our projects look the way they do.
What detail-obsessed actually looks like
It means we don’t leave until it’s right. It means we’re thinking about the buyer who will stand in that doorway, or the guest who will walk into that rental, or the homeowner who will finally feel at home in a space they’ve been unsatisfied with for years.
It means our staged homes include up to 8 weeks — while many competitors offer only 30 days — because we know Denver’s balanced market sometimes needs a little more runway, and our sellers shouldn’t have to stress about furniture disappearing mid-showing season.
It means our furnished spaces are curated, not assembled. Every piece is chosen with intention. Nothing is filler.
